ABX – AbroadXpress ("ABX", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing professional, ethical, and transparent study abroad consultancy services. These policies govern our relationship with students, B2B partner agents, and all stakeholders. By engaging with ABX services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ethical Guidance & Transparency

ABX ensures complete, honest, and up-to-date guidance to students and B2B agents regarding all aspects of the study abroad process.

Our commitment includes accurate information on:

  • Course selection and eligibility requirements
  • University options and institutional rankings
  • Intake updates and application deadlines
  • Visa rules and documentation requirements
  • UKVI compliance changes and policy updates

All updates, changes, and requirements are communicated clearly and responsibly to ensure informed decision-making.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Forgery & Fake Documents

ABX maintains a STRICT ZERO-TOLERANCE policy toward document fraud.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Forged academic documents or transcripts
  • Fake financial records or bank statements
  • False academic credentials or certifications
  • Fabricated work experience letters or references
  • Manipulated identity documents

Liability Clause:

If any forged or fake documents are submitted by the student or the B2B agent, they alone are fully responsible for all consequences, including but not limited to application rejection, university bans, visa refusal, entry bans, or legal action by authorities.

ABX will not be held responsible for any negative outcome arising from document fraud.

3. Compliance & Verification Process

ABX follows a strict internal compliance and verification process to ensure all submitted documents are genuine and meet university and UKVI requirements.

Our verification process covers:

  • Document authenticity verification
  • Academic credential validation
  • Financial document review
  • Work experience verification (where applicable)

Only after successful verification, ABX proceeds with:

  • University application submission
  • Offer letter processing
  • CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) guidance
  • Visa process guidance and documentation support

Our Promise: When documents are verified as genuine, ABX ensures comprehensive end-to-end support (A–Z) to minimize student difficulty from offer letter acquisition to visa filing.

4. Service Charges & Third-Party Payments

ABX does NOT charge any service fee directly from students.

Third-Party Payment Disclaimer:

If a student pays any amount to a third party, agent, sub-agent, or external consultant outside of ABX's official process:

  • ABX is not liable to reimburse such payments
  • ABX is not liable to compensate for any losses
  • ABX is not liable to intervene in disputes with third parties
  • ABX is not responsible for payments made outside its official channels

Students are advised to only engage with ABX through official channels and verified B2B partners.

5. University Fees, Rejection & Deferral Policy

Fee Payment Structure:

  • All university fees are paid directly by the student to the university
  • ABX does not collect, hold, or manage tuition fees
  • ABX only assists with guidance and process support

Non-Refund Clause:

In the event of:

  • Application rejection by the university
  • Visa rejection by UKVI
  • Course deferral or cancellation
  • Student withdrawal from the program

ABX is not liable to refund any amount to the student or the B2B agent. Any refund claims must be directed to the respective university as per their refund policy.

6. Visa Responsibility Disclaimer

Important: Visa approval or rejection is solely decided by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).

ABX's Role in Visa Process:

  • ABX only guides the student through the visa application process
  • ABX provides documentation checklists and preparation support
  • ABX does not influence, guarantee, or determine visa outcomes
  • ABX does not have any authority over UKVI decisions

Visa Decision Factors:

Visa outcomes depend entirely on:

  • The student's submitted documents and their authenticity
  • The student's immigration history and background
  • UKVI's assessment criteria and current policies
  • Interview performance (if applicable)

ABX is not answerable, liable, or responsible for any negative visa decision.

7. B2B Partner & Commission Policy

Commission Payment Terms:

  • B2B agent commissions are paid only after successful student enrollment
  • Commissions are released only when received from the university
  • Commission rates and terms are as per the signed B2B agreement

Commission Forfeiture Conditions:

If a student:

  • Does not complete enrollment
  • Withdraws from the program before completion
  • Faces rejection due to agent-related issues or misconduct

The remaining commission may be forfeited, as such situations adversely impact ABX's university contracts and partnerships.

University Commission Dependency:

If the university:

  • Does not release commission to ABX
  • Delays commission payment beyond reasonable timeframes
  • Is banned, suspended, or closed by regulatory authorities
  • Is affected by external factors beyond ABX's control

ABX is not liable to pay commission from its own funds. Commission payments are entirely dependent on university disbursements.

8. Force Majeure / Unusual Circumstances

ABX shall not be held responsible, liable, or accountable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure events include but are not limited to:

  • War, terrorism, or armed conflict
  • Civil unrest, riots, or public disorder

  • University suspension, ban, or closure
  • Policy changes by UK authorities or UKVI
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
  • Economic sanctions or financial restrictions
  • Communication or technology failures beyond our control

Commission payments and service delivery are dependent on university operations and regulatory conditions. ABX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services in response to force majeure events.

9. Contract Breach & Termination

Grounds for Termination:

Any breach of policy, misconduct, or misrepresentation by a B2B agent or associated party may result in:
